Today I decided to search the internet for "foods high in iron." I occasionally hear that I should eat iron-rich foods, so I thought I should know what to be looking for...
This is the first list that I found:

After reading this, I almost decided that it wasn't worth thinking about... But luckily I found another web site that was a little more bearable:

Bean Burrito

Whole Wheat Bread
Eggs
Anyway, the first list was just so gross that I had to share. :-)
